My collection of logos that I've designed over the last few years. Each one of these started off as an idea in a sketchbook, or on my Ipad, and made its way to my computer. Where they are cleaned and vectorized. The work below was hand lettered and custom crafted to properly fit the needs of the client.
As a graphic designer one of my favorite challenges is organization of information. Creating chalkboard menus and signs for businesses is super rewarding and I love incorporating different lettering styles to achieve different aesthetics.
Even though I prefer and feel most comfortable creating art with a pen and paper, my Ipad has grown on me. I can create any kind of art style so easily. It’s actually propelled me as an artist and designer to explore new art styles. This is where I get to play and experiment without having the commitment of creating the masterpiece.
I love sign painting, I have always been fascinated by the architecture of letter forms. There is something really warm and whimsical about hand painted signs. They are a dying art and I love being given the honor to make a sign for a client because it’s like I am keeping a piece of art history alive.
I love taking a clients ideas and making them come to life. These mailboxes were so fun to make. the shape of the piece gives me lots of opportunities to create different views and movement. I love using bright colors to grab the attention of people passing by. If you are interested in a custom painted mailbox, message me!
